MASTER-10α

MASTER-10 series is suitable for particularly low concentrations of Brix 10% or less, such as tomato juice, vegetables, soups, cleaning solutions and cutting oil.

MASTER-20α are low concentration model (measurement range Brix 0.0 to 20.0%) of the MASTER-α/MASTER-Pα. Good for measurements of low concentration fruit juices, cutting oil.

MASTER-500 is 0-90% wide brix model of the MASTER-Series with heat resistant and Water resistant.

SIMPLE OPERATION

Apply 1-2 drops onto the prism.

Close the daylight plate. View the scale through the eyepiece.

Read the measurement value where the boundary line intersects the scale.
